The newest downtown hotel is the 355-room Hyatt Regency Calgary. Located in downtown Calgary, on the corner of Centre Street and Seventh Avenue SE. The hotel is incorporated into the redevelopment of an entire city block, which includes the new TELUS Convention Centre and the restoration of several heritage buildings. The hotel's architecture includes features characteristic of the adjacent heritage buildings, including sandstone and signature roof profiles, window patterns and other exterior features. The 20-story Hyatt Regency Calgary offers Regency Club, Hyatt's most exclusive accommodations. Regency Club guests stay on a special, keyed-off floor and enjoy the use of the Regency Club lounge, which offers continental breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. A Concierge is also on hand to tend to the needs of Regency Club guests. The hotel also features a restaurant, lounge, swimming pool, health club and Stillwater Spa.
